Nine Lounge and Bar Phuket Thailand

( Post by Carlos Melia ) I would have to say that Nine Lounge & Bar was my favorite bar in Phuket which you may refer to as a gay bar if you wish, but goes far beyond from that. Next to Lim’s Restaurant, fantastic Thai Food. Great drinks, beautiful indoor/outdoor design. Regardless gay or straight, the place to be seen in Phuket, after 10PM till the music fades away or you decide to move on to Soi Paradise. Conde Nast Traveller included them into their 2009 Hotlist of World’s Best Bars. Ask for my friend Daniel there, and tell him Carlos Melia sent you, maybe you’ll get a drink on me, or an extra shot of vodka in your drink. Post by Carlos Meliawww.carlosmeliablog.com

Ruen Urai Fine Thai Cuisine

( Post by Carlos Melia ) If you are looking for non pretentious, traditional, basic Thai Cuisine at it full expression and flavor, in an isolated but very convenient Soi of the district of Patpong, then let me highly recommend Ruen Urai, exotique, elegant and exquisite Thai experience. Friend and owner Tom Vitayakui, invited us to a Thai feast, where flavors, textures, colors, aromas were perfectly balanced and combined to compliment all senses and beyond. (more…)

Visitors Feedback Heitor Drapier enjoying Thailand

( Post by Carlos Melia ) It makes us so happy when we receive this messages from either my followers or visitors. Heitor and his long time partner chose Thailand as their Christmas and New Years Holidays destination, visiting Bangkok and Phuket. We were more than happy to assist them and pass all the info we had on Amazing Thailand. Experiential Travel at its best, this is the new and only way to travel, by the hand of experts. Special thanks to everyone at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok and in particular to the Public Relations team. Sipim, you are the best. Post by Carlos Meliawww.carlosmeliablog.com
